'Washing Night' wins the Avant garde category of the VSS monthly competition. Hein Waschefort, renowned photographer and administrator of the Visuals School wrote 'Avant Garde is the fagship of VSS Virtual and perhaps the best in SA. All these entries are top winners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd was a very close and subjective dicision. Charlaine Gerber is red-hot this month (in more than one genre)'.
